"I started at Warrior Flow Fitness as a client back in September 2017. Up until then I was not the type of guy to go to the gym for any reason. I had started feeling the effects of a sedentary lifestyle so I began some bodyweight exercises on my own at home, but it was irregular, unenthusiastic, and thus not really getting me anywhere.
Being a big fan of medieval fantasy (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Dungeons and Dragons) when Zack approached me about swinging around an ancient weapon, I jumped at the chance. I had no idea how much it would effect me and I have not stopped since. I love everything about this unconventional tool and I think you might too. With it; I can become stronger, move more functionally, challenge myself both physically and mentally, and express my creativity through the art of Steel Mace Flow.
I love the Steel Mace so much that I've since gone on to obtain multiple certifications from Agatsu, "Mr. Maceman" Rik Brown, and Leo Savage of Steel Mace Flow, all of which I'm extremely proud of. I did this not only to give myself more knowledge but also in the hopes of helping people heal themselves with the help of the primal weapon originally intended to destroy."

"My wife and I took our first Warrior Flow class in July of 2017 and are so thankful that we did. A typical gym class this was not. The classes are always fun, not a chore, and you do feel like a badass warrior when you are swinging it around.
The mace itself is a fantastic tool for building strength and conditioning your body. Add on Coach Zack's passion and creativity and the possibilities of what can be done with the mace seem to be infinite. No longer is going to the gym a chore. It is a fun activity as part of a healthy lifestyle that we continue to enjoy. Sorry yo-yo healthy/unhealthy cycle, I am done with you.
In my day job, I tend to be the curious type, and if I enjoy something, I jump right in and gather as much knowledge as I can. I have been able to work with and learn from some of the best people in my industry, and after many years of neglect, I realize it is important to do the same for your personal health. I learned, and continue to learn, from one of the best coaches in the world, Coach Zack, but I also delve into learning from other coaches online and in person, with the desire to learn more, experience new things, and make the most of my wellness journey.
In the summer of 2018, I was given the opportunity to lead a couple of Warrior Flow classes. Being part of a badass class is one thing, but sharing what you know is awesome on a whole other level. I am grateful to be able learn from the Warrior Flow coaches and look forward to showing others how to tap into their inner Warrior."
